Napa's service club for ages 20–39 · est. 1930
We throw the parties.
Napa's kids get the proceeds.
Napa Active 20-30 is a crew of young professionals who've been at it since 1930: we run events like SantaCon, then turn every dollar into Christmas presents, warm clothes, and good days for kids in our community — especially the children of Napa's farmworker families.

“One never stands so tall as when kneeling to help a child.”
The Active 20-30 slogan, since 1922
A simple model that's worked for 95 years
01
Young people join up
Napa professionals in their 20s and 30s — no application essay, no stuffy lunches. Dinner meetings twice a month, real friendships, and leadership experience you can't get at work.
02
We throw great events
SantaCon pub crawls, golf tournaments, fishing derbies. Events Napa actually wants to go to — planned, marketed, and run entirely by members.
03
Kids come out ahead
Every dollar raised flows through our Children's Charitable Fund to kids in our community — including the children of the farmworker families at the heart of this valley.

Curious? Come to a dinner meeting.
Dinner meetings on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month — cocktails 6:30 PM, meeting 7:00 PM. We meet at Downtown Joe's Brewery & Restaurant in downtown Napa — everyone buys their own dinner and drinks, and prospective members are always welcome. Worst case, you get a good meal and meet some people worth knowing.
